Here's a few pictures of my folks' rental place by the beach on St. George Island, Florida. Yeah, life sucks. St. George Island is 27 miles long (pure, awesome beach) and half a mile wide and is accessed by a 7-mile long causeway. It's about 1.5 hour's drive south west of Tallahassee.
A view of this very unique house. It was designed by the architect son of the original (previous) owner. The dining area opens onto the main porch/patio you see in the above picture.

Nice community pool and tennis courts across the street, available for all to use.

St. George Island was voted one of the ten best beaches in America.
Too bad there's hardly anyone here to enjoy them ;) Fishing can be done from shore, yummy whiting being the catch of the day.
